Do you or someone you know want to learn how to do yoga, but aren’t sure where to start? Join us for a 4-week series that teaches the foundations of yoga in a small, classroom-like setting, with other beginners!
No flexibility required; all ages and body types welcome! This four-week series, limited to 10 students, will walk you through the basics of yoga. Learn pose anatomy and alignment, ways to personalize the practice for specific issues or injuries, and the foundations of yoga philosophy and breath work. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive personalized feedback, and will also be given poses and breathing exercises to practice at home.
Due to the limited class size, which allows for individualized attention, pre-registration is required. This total cost for the four-week series is $50. Pre-register by clicking the link below, or call 989-302-7928.
