Happy snowy morning to all of you awesome yogis!
Isn’t this weather incredible?! We hope you are all staying safe and warm out there, and also enjoying this amazing snow. Due to schools being closed and poor driving conditions, this morning’s Hatha Yoga in Grayling is cancelled. HOWEVER, tonight’s Hatha Yoga at the Craf Center in Roscommon at 5:30pm is ON. We will have the room nice and toasty for you, and will work on gentle strengthening and stretching to leave you feeling warm and relaxed. So budget some extra time for your drive and see you tonight!
