We hope you’ll join us for yoga this week! With the world moving so fast, yoga is a needed respite to slow down, ground ourselves, and remember what really matters. Our crew of teachers cares deeply about offering a yoga experience that makes you feel connected, strong, and relaxed, and more capable of keeping a fresh perspective. Won’t you join us?

What about Covid?

Our in-studio classes adhere to these strict physical distancing guidelines, so you can practice in a setting that feels safe and spacious. We have also added an outdoor class to the schedule, on Saturdays at the South Higgins Lake State Park. And if you’re not ready for in-person classes yet, we still offer 4 virtual Zoom classes every week! There have never been so many ways to be connected to the Stone Turtle Yoga community.

-Mondays: 9:00am Hatha Yogawith Amy Mertz – Grayling Studio and virtual via Zoom
10:00am Core Yoga with Laurie Weldon – Higgins Lake Studio

-Tuesdays: 10:00am Hatha Yoga with Laurie Weldon – Higgins Lake Studio

-Wednesdays: 8:45am Core Yoga with Amy Bowman – Grayling Studio and virtual via Zoom
10:30am Slow Flow Yoga with Amy Bowman – Higgins Lake Studio

-Thursdays: 10:00am Gentle Yoga with Patty Clark – Grayling Studio

-Fridays: 9:00am Vinyasa Yoga with Amy Bowman – Grayling Studio and virtual via Zoom (cancelled July 10th)
10:00am Hatha Yoga with Mariah Frye – Higgins Lake Studio and virtual via Zoom

-Saturdays: 10:00am Outdoor $10 Community Yoga with Laurie Weldon – South Higgins Lake State Park
