Join Laurie Weldon for an outdoor beach yoga class at the South Higgins Lake State Park beach! Bring your own yoga mat or a beach towel, and sign in with the instructor when you arrive. Class meets at the beach in front of the South Higgins Lake State Park Store. Special drop in rate is $12, or use your class pack or membership. *Recreation passport OR $16 entrance fee required to enter Michigan State Parks.
Also, please note that Slow Flow Yoga with Jan meets at 9:00am (not 10:00am) on Thursdays starting this week. Zoom link stays the same.
