9:30AM: Renewal Yoga class at Stone Turtle Yoga – Grayling
10:30AM:Lunch at Patty’s riverside home
12:30PM:Kayak trip down the AuSable River*
2:30PM: Meditation hike/relax
3:00PM: Gentle/Yin Yoga practice + Meditation
4:45PM: Dinner at Gates AuSable Lodge**
*BYO Kayak, or contact Patty to arrange Kayak Rental. In the event of rain, the alternate activity will be a documentary viewing party at Patty’s house.
**Dinner not included in retreat cost
Retreat cost is $45 ($5 discount for package and membership holders).

We leave FL tomorrow. Will stop at our daughter’s then be back by May 1. Plan on getting a yoga package then signing up for the retreat. How many will you have on the retreat?
I plan to cap it around 12.

All signed up..but will be bringing my husband who may fish instead of “mat”. Let me know how to pay for his costs. We have kayaks..and a trailer too, if needed.
Hi Karen, due to the limited space we have for this event, we are only offering the one pricing option of $45, regardless of if he participates in all or just part of the retreat. Of course we’d love for him to participate in all of it! Thanks and we look forward to seeing you.
