Using the practice of ancient sounds and 7-Chakra Restorative Yoga, Amy Bowman and Kayla Jo will create a relaxing, harmonious environment for you to access a deep level of connection and relaxation. We have a new class starting this Saturday! Join Mariah for a weekly community yoga class at the South Higgins Lake State Park beach. Class meets at 9:00am every Saturday this summer in front of the South State Park Store, and includes a free organic coffee from the park store after class. Bring $10* (cash or credit card), plus a yoga mat or a beach towel, and enjoy blissful yoga on the beach of beautiful Higgins Lake. *Stone Turtle Yoga class packages and memberships do not apply for this class. **Recreation passport OR entrance fee required to enter Michigan State Parks.
Also, starting next week, our Tuesday evening class in Higgins Lake is moving to Wednesday evenings! Unwind and reconnect at Evening Glow yoga, led by Laurie every Wednesday at 5:30pm. More info and sign up here.
