The hall will need to be used for a funeral this Saturday, 10/12, so we will be unable to have our 10am Empower class. Send some extra good thoughts to those who will be mourning in the hall this Saturday. We will resume this class the following week on 10/19!

Yin changed to Gentle this morning, 10/9, plus next week schedule change
Good morning!
This morning’s (Wed, 10/9) Yin class is changed to a Gentle Yoga class, taught by Lexi Bondar. Also, due to an event at the township hall next Tuesday, the evening Gentle class on 9/15 is cancelled. There will still be Gentle Yoga next Monday morning at 9am, and Yin next Wednesday morning at 9am. Don’t forget about Core Yoga every Tuesday morning at 6am and Saturday morning at 10am!

Gentle Yoga changed to 8:30am on Monday, 9/23
Happy Tuesday, Yogis!
We hope everyone is transitioning smoothly into the fresh crispness of fall. Classes at Gerrish Township Hall have been going well, and we are delighted to be able to continue offering 4-5 classes per week throughout the fall and winter, including Saturdays! While this current schedule likely will not change, please stay posted to our website as occasionally we do change things around to better suit our yoga community.
Speaking of changes, this coming Monday, September 23rd, Gentle Yoga is moving 30 minutes earlier. Class will begin at 8:30am instead of 9:00am to accommodate a township meeting. Class will resume to 9:00am the following Monday, September 30th. Also, there will be no Empower Yoga on Saturday, September 28th.
To reflect the fall/winter class schedule, unlimited monthly memberships have been changed from $70 to $60. That’s a $240 value for a month of unlimited yoga, so a really great deal!
We hope to see you in an upcoming class. If you haven’t yet, give Yin Yoga a try on Wednesday mornings at 9:00am, for a pleasantly different and deeply relaxing experience. It is a perfect balance to our busy, “yang” like lives, and will leave you feeling open and peaceful!
