Snow Day Compensation + Free Class + Meet Baby Sayla!

Hello dear friends!

What a winter we’ve had! We know that all the weather-related class cancellations have been a drag on your yoga schedule, so we are providing the following Snow Day Compensation plan for all students who had active memberships or class packages between January 7th and February 26th:

-All active membership holders (1 month, 3 month, and 6 month unlimited memberships) will have a free week automatically added onto their current membership. You don’t need to do anything – your free week has already been applied!

-All active class package holders (5 pack, 10, pack, 20 pack, and 30 packs) have the option to add an extra month to their package expiration dates. *Please email mariahfrye@gmail.com to take advantage of this option.

Plus, all are invited to a very special FREE yoga class on Saturday, March 23rd!

Celebrate the Spring Equinox with an uplifting Vinyasa Flow taught by Mariah, followed by tea and a meet-and-greet with baby Sayla! This class will take place at the Grayling studio at 10:00am.

Hopefully the snow days are behind us and we can get back into our normal class rhythm! Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding throughout this robust winter weather we’ve had. Click here to view the up-to-date class schedule.

All the best,

Mariah, Patty, Amy M., Amy B., Emily, Molly & Dianne

Sorry for the inconvenience – we hope you stay warm and drive safely if you do have to travel! We will still plan on Core Yoga tomorrow, Wednesday at 9am in Grayling with Amy Bowman as long as Crawford AuSable Schools are open. Click here to view the full class schedule.

Snow daze of Winter….

This time of year can offer us the opportunity to cultivate the qualities that we practice on our mat, off of our mat…patience, surrender, flexibility and reflection.

As I sit on my mat writing this, I’ve seen snow, sun and the wind presenting in such beautiful ways. The trees hold tight to their limbs as the River continues to flow freely. I have a flock of woodpeckers that have grown fat and sassy feasting on one suet cake after another. The blue jays hop excitedly underneath picking at their scraps.

Here’s a yoga practice that you might enjoy to tide you over until we can meet again.

Namaste!
