Upcoming Schedule Changes

Hello friends,

Please note that Hatha/Vinyasa in Higgins Lake this Thursday evening (10/4) is cancelled due to a board meeting at the township hall. Also, please observe the following two temporary schedule changes:

Tuesday Hatha Yoga in Higgins Lake on 10/9 moves to Monday, 10/8 at 5:30pm
Tuesday Hatha Yoga in Higgins Lake on 10/16 moves to Monday, 10/15 at 5:30pm

Some of you have been asking, where is Mariah? I will be back teaching Tuesday evening Hatha Yoga in Higgins Lake starting the beginning of November, and I hope to bring Sayla to a class or two before then to say hello! I miss you all and am looking forward to seeing you again soon :).

October 3, 6-7:15pm Release and Renew

This workshop helps to increase energy and clam the mind, while the oils assist in emotional healing and releasing stagnant energy. Included are accessible backbends, hip openers and deep forward folds.

As the trees prepare to release the old, we will do the same. Join us for this beautiful experience.

Monday 9/24: Hatha Yoga in Higgins Lake Cancelled

Hatha Yoga at 10:30am in Higgins Lake with Libby is cancelled this coming Monday, September 24th.  We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that there is a Hatha Yoga class in Grayling that same morning at 9:00am – we hope you can  make it!
