Join us in bidding farewell to Mona Lisa and Darryl Rosencrants, two luminous souls who have graciously shared their teaching gifts with the Stone Turtle Yoga community this winter!
Mona & Darryl’s Farewell Flow with Singing Bowls
Date: Monday, March 19th
Time: 5:30pm – 6:45pm
Location: Higgins Lake (Gerrish Twp)
Cost: Free
This class will be a slow, restorative flow class, complete with mindful movement and restful postures, and is appropriate for all levels. At the end of the practice, enjoy the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls during a short meditation practice (about 15 minutes), followed by tea and cookies.
We are so grateful for these two awesome yogis, and wish them the best, wherever life takes them. We hope you can join us in this lovely evening of yoga and community.
