We have some class changes and cancellations that are going to take place at both studios this month. Please make note of the following dates:

Saturday, September 10th: Empower Yoga at 10:00am will be at our GRAYLING studio.

Thursday, September 15th: Hatha Yoga at 9:00am in Higgins Lake will be cancelled.

Monday, September 19th: Hatha II at 10:30am in Higgins Lake will be cancelled.

Tuesday, September 20th: Core Yoga at 10:00am in Higgins Lake will be cancelled.

In this workshop, which meets on the first or second Wednesday of each month, we will delve into our profoundly powerful sense of scent, and use it to tap into a deep level of balance and well-being during our yoga practice. Each month’s yoga practice and essential oils are different, and are based on what we need to bring balance into our lives for the time of year.

The workshop begines with an introduction of the oils we will use throughout the class, as well as their unique properies and benefits. Then, Mariah will lead a rejuvenating and relaxing yoga class, which is specifically created to coincide with the oils. These top-grade essential oils are applied aromatically, and topically throughout class by essential oil specialist, Nicole Mygrants. This class is inspired by the season, so it involves different oils and asanas each month. Each class is designed to leave students feeling regenerated, empowered, and balanced. This 90 minute workshop is open to all levels!
